The above sclera image shows substantial sugar fermentation with resulting bacteria (the brown cloudy patches). The sugar fermentation shows as blue or purplish spots at the end of a line, which can eventually lead to bacteria due to the fermentation. This shows that there is a sugar metabolism dysfunction within the body, but can also be a sign of systemic bacterial infection. This may cause symptoms of light-headedness or sleepiness within 30 minutes of eating a meal, and could relate to symptoms of hypoglycemia or diabetes. Sugar fermentation and bacteria can be treated with correct nutrition and cleansing, and once effective, the lines will fade away.
