Chocolate for breakfast anyone?! This delicious choc chia pudding recipe is super easy and super nutrient packed, and healthy enough to eat any time of the day!
4-5 tblsps chia seeds
2 heaped tsps cacao powder
1 tblsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp mesquite powder
1 cup coconut milk
Mix ingredients well and leave in fridge to set for 30-60 minutes (or overnight). If the mix is a little dry, add some extra milk, if the mix is a little wet add a teaspoon of chia seeds. Serve with fresh berries, cacao nibs, or some granola for extra crunch.
