Ingredients:

1 Medium Ripe Avocado
2-3 Heaped Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder
2 Heaped Tablespoons Rice Malt Syrup
1 Tablespoons Coconut Milk/Cream
Pinch Cinnamon
Pinch Sea Salt

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Place into serving glasses and put into the fridge to cool. Once cool they are ready to eat!! You can also add some yummy treats on top before you serve (or eat as is)!

Suggestions are – cacao nibs / fresh berries / fresh mint leaves.
