Ingredients:
3/4 cup frozen mango (or 1 frozen banana)
250ml coconut water
3 pitted dates
Large handful of spinach
Large sprig of mint (stem removed)
1 tblsp cacao nibs
1 tblsp LSA
1 tsp lucuma

Keep aside spinach and mint, blending all other ingredients together well. Add in spinach and mint and blend for another 30 seconds or so. Garnish with mint leaves and cacao nibs and enjoy !
