Juice: Apple, Ginger Zinger

This juice is rich in magnesium, chromium, iron, phosphorous, vitamins A, K, C, & B’s, plus much more! It is an excellent juice for improving digestion, alkalising the body, and replenishing and re-hydrating the body’s cells.

Ingredients:
2 apples
1 lime (rind removed)
1/2 head of broccoli
1 cup spinach
Handful of mint
Knob of ginger
1/2 cup of coconut water

Juice the above ingredients, then mix with cold coconut water to finish.
